Authorization and Regulation

Indibet is authorized and regulated by the government of Curaçao. The platform has obtained all certificates and licenses required for the activity since July 27, 2020, and has renewed/ continued to do so to date.

Applicability of Indibet Terms and Conditions

According to the user agreement, players may use the site for personal entertainment purposes only. They should be aware of all risks that may be associated with the loss of their finances through any actions.

The site’s Privacy Policy presents all the ways in which the personal information of customers is collected, used, and protected by the platform. Indibet treats every player’s services, facilities, and opportunities with honesty and integrity.

Amendments to the T&C of the Site

The gaming site reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, add or remove any part of the platform, or change its content without prior notice. However, the platform will do everything to inform users about the changes, for example, through a notification on the main page of the site. Users who do not agree to the changes to the rules and regulations must delete their accounts.

Additionally, the Indibet platform cannot guarantee the stable operation of the site for the whole time, the quality of users’ electronic devices, and their compatibility with the platform.

The Legality of Indibet Use

The company is licensed to accept and exchange sports bets at odds, as well as cash games, live games, casino slots, and peer-to-peer entertainment. Each player receives a list of services and features that they can use only by themselves and follow a few key rules:

• Users must be of legal age 18 and use the provided services according to the Terms and Conditions of this provision.
• Provide documents at the request of the platform for identity verification.
• Do not attempt to modify the system’s internal code, use tricks, or mislead the support team.
• Do not use someone else’s account, documents, or bank accounts claiming it as your own.
• Comply with all platform rules and conduct honest activity.

You should be aware that all misconduct, violations, or attempts to defraud may result in the user being blocked. The platform has the right to report to the appropriate authorities, agencies, service providers, banks, and operators any violations or suspected violations of the law and regulations and in this case, may disclose the personal data of users to law enforcement authorities.

Account, Transactions, and Security

To register, the user must be an adult, and provide the site with his email address, and telephone number, to choose a preferred currency and other details. It is also required to verify your identity, name, age, and address.

All users of the platform receive a money account, where they can deposit and withdraw money to a personal wallet using the services of payment systems. To fully utilize this, there are several rules:

• Players can only use personal bank accounts and cards.
• All money won in “fair play” can be withdrawn at the client’s request.
• All bonus money and funds received as part of the participation in offers will become available for withdrawal after fulfillment of the conditions specified.
• In cases of errors or malfunctions, users should contact the support team.

Indibet takes a responsible approach to security, so the platform constantly monitors player activity and financial transactions. Bets and Events

Players have the right to choose and can determine their own bet size within the limits allowed by the system, event, and game. However, failure to comply with the betting limits or double-value bets will be considered an “invalid” bet. In the event of a system failure, the bet will be cancelled, and the funds returned to the player’s account.

Users who have been participating in events on the platform for a long time can receive Premium Charges, which in turn provide improved offers, reduced fees, etc., and will be informed individually.

Indibet only receives the results of events from official sources and provides players with only truthful information. In the event that the platform system fails, and a result is published that differs from the official one, Indibet will apologize and refund the players.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for any associated risks that users may face, including loss of finances, information, property, or possessions. Nor is the site liable for any damages that may be caused to players, except as provided in this agreement. 

Indibet has the full right to withdraw the platform, the materials provided, and any intellectual property of the platform and shall not be liable for any results that may arise from such action. 

Notices

All notices that have been sent to the user via the e-mail address given by them when creating an account are automatically deemed to have been read 24 hours after they have been sent. All notices to the platform must be sent to its office by airmail (registered letter) or by delivery service. All notices may be deemed given no earlier than 3 days after delivery by courier, or no earlier than 10 days when using mail.

Third-party Activities at Indibet

Indibet is obliged to share some player data with third parties to ensure the functionality of all services. According to the agreement, the third parties are responsible for the preservation and avoidance of information leakage by Indibet platform users. Here are a few more rules for working with third parties:

• Third-party obligations. The site is not responsible for services and features provided on it by third parties, providers, or other services. In cases of disputes, the site does not participate in the proceedings and is not liable for potential damages of any kind caused to the user by the third party. By using this platform, the user acknowledges that in any agreement between them and a third party, the platform is not a party.
• Third-party content. Indibet is not responsible for the content that has been displayed on the platform due to the collaboration with third parties. Players see and use it under their own responsibility.
• Transfer. You must be aware that you may not breach, transfer, or assign your obligations and rights under this agreement to third parties.
• No warranty. Indibet with all wishes, cannot guarantee the stable operation of the platform without interruptions or absolutely exclude hacking, leaks of user information, or errors that may be made by third parties and service providers.

Under the Contracts Act 2001, a member who does not consent to the use of these Terms and Conditions is not entitled to use the services.

Other Terms to be Mentioned

The site also has a number of additional rules and regulations that users must take into account. Take a look at them:

• Bonuses. The platform periodically makes bonus offers to customers. The Terms and Conditions for the use of them are always stated in the offer itself and must be studied by the user before accepting the offer.
• Settlement of disputes. All arising disputes and conflict situations require Indibet users to report to the support service for their resolution, but no later than 7 days after the occurrence. In the event that one of the parties is not satisfied with the result, this issue can be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Curaçao eGaming.
• Events Outside the site control. The site cannot accept liability for failure to fulfill the Platform’s obligations due to “Force Majeure” situations, which are governed by law and regulations.
• Publicity. Winners’ names, locations, and other information may be used in advertising campaigns and media, and this Agreement acknowledges this on the part of the user. All player information will be prepared and published following the site’s Privacy Policy.
• Responsible Gambling. The site fully supports the responsible gaming policy, offering self-exclusion, blocking software, and preventing underage gamblers.

The platform is responsible for the Terms and Conditions stated in this provision. In case of disputes that have been resolved in favour of the user according to the law, the site’s responsibility can be not more than the amount of the user’s money that has been deposited into the game account for the last three months prior to the incident, and a total of up to 44.425 INR.
